Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mostbet (the operator) governing your use of the platform at most-bet-np.com and all associated services. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below: "Account" means your personal user account registered on the platform; "Bet" means any wager placed through your Account; "Balance" means the funds available in your Account; "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or incentive offered by the operator; "Deposit" means funds transferred to your Account; "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from your Account to your registered payment method; "Dormant Account" means an Account with no activity for eighteen (18) consecutive months; "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the operator's reasonable control.

You may register an Account only if you meet all of the following conditions: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not resident in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; (d) you are not an employee, director, shareholder, or affiliate of Mostbet or its parent company; (e) you have not been previously banned or suspended from the platform; and (f) you are registering for your own personal use only. The operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

You may create only one Account per person, household, and IP address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity conducted under your Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update it immediately if any details change. You must not share your password with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. The operator is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify the operator immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

To comply with anti-money laundering and identity verification regulations, the operator may require you to provide documentation including a valid passport or national ID, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. You agree to complete the verification process within the timeframe specified by the operator. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance. Deposits are processed instantly and without fees charged by the operator. Accepted payment methods include eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Cellpay, iCash, Prabhupay, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit is determined by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and returned to the original payment method used for deposit. The operator does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is approximately USD 50 (or equivalent in NPR). All withdrawals are subject to completion of the verification process. You must not attempt to withdraw funds without having met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

All bets placed through your Account are subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting bet placement or settlement, affected bets will be refunded to your Account Balance. An Account is considered dormant if no activity (deposit, bet, or withdrawal) occurs for eighteen (18) consecutive months. The operator may charge an inactivity fee of up to NPR 500 per month on dormant Accounts, deducted from the remaining Balance. If your Account Balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, your Account may be closed. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within thirty (30) days. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and placing a bet or deposit.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

The operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within thirty (30) days, unless the closure is due to violation of these terms, in which case the operator may retain the Balance. The operator may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on the platform. Continued use of your Account after such modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from suspension or closure of your Account.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to separate Bonus Terms and Conditions. Bonuses are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of credit and expire if not used within this period. Bonus funds must be wagered at the rate specified in the Bonus Terms before withdrawal. The operator reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus promotion at any time. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical errors, system malfunctions, or interruptions in service. If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet or calculation of your Balance, you must notify the operator within seven (7) days. The operator will investigate and make a determination in its sole discretion. Bets placed during periods of obvious system malfunction or after an event has commenced may be voided and refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or these Terms and Conditions, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The operator's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your last deposit.

All content on the platform, including the Mostbet name, logo, design, software, graphics, text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the operator or its licensors. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
